During busy call times, extensions 0-6 give you a choice of waiting on the line or leaving a voicemail message. All voicemail messages are returned the same day they are received.
Please call for appointment scheduling, routine medical questions, and medication refills during regular business hours.
When calling for prescription refills, please have your medication bottle handy so that we can process your request quickly. You can provide the required information at each recorded prompt, or just give us all your information at once after the first prompt. We must have the following information in order to process your request:
• Your full name and birth date
• Telephone number, including area code
• Medication name
• Dosage and directions that you are currently taking
• Pharmacy name & town (and street location if there are multiple branches)
